My friends have a plus net ADSL service . It has not worked at all for some weeks, apart for a few hours a week ago - if usage stats are to be belived! Unable to get through on the phone to Plus Net support he finally asked me for help on Friday 26 Jun. So I did the usual tests and reported a possible fault for him, around 4.00pm Ticket no 106454765. So far no response to the report . As it happens he is away this week, but I do think there should have been a repsonse to the fault report by now . Are things especialy busy at the moment at PN ? Why is it taking so long to get a response?
