explain this

My IP profile is 3500 here is my connection details since the 1st 10

1/10/07 5120
2/10/07 4864
3/10/07 5056
4/10/07 4992
5/10/07 4448
6/10/07 5056
7/10/07 5088
8/10/07 5088
9/10/07 4992
10/10/07 5024
11/10/07 4864
12/10/07 4864
13/10/07 4896
14/10/07 4992
15/10/07 4832
16/10/07 5024
17/10/07 4832
18/10/07 5024
19/10/07 4960
20/10/07 4864
21/10/07 4960
22/10/07 4864
My IP profile often drops to 3500 why when I never connect at less than 4500 sometimes my profile can be 3500 in the morning and go up at the end of the day to 4000 and then its back down again.
I think  I should get 4000 or 4500 90% of the time

Re: explain this

The IP profile steps are as follows:
Sync speed  IP Profile
from (kbps)(kbps)
34243000
40003500
45444000
51204500
56965000

Your list shows just one example on 5/10/07 with sync speed below 4544 (i.e. 4448) which would give a 3500 profie.

Re: explain this

Probably a silly question but could there be lower syncs between those you recorded?  You should have a 4000 profile if the only ones are those quoted.
PN can check the sync history record.
Do you turn your router off completely overnight?

Re: explain this

Hi Samuria,
Any chance I could have you username?  It's apparently not tagged to your account so I can't get the details I need in order to check your sync reports.

Re: explain this

Hi there,
BTs records are suggesting that there was a resync at 4000Kbps on the 21st.
It should pick up again in 24 hours or so.
