exceptionally slow broadband

Hi Folks

 

my broadband has been incredibly slow ever since I joined Plusnet, its like dialup.

My line looks ok physically, so must be settings? it comes over standard copper line.

Be grateful for any help

Hi there, 

 

I can see that the connection is dropping out quite frequently.

 

Line tests don't show any obvious issues so I'd try following the checks here next: https://goo.gl/tu2WWu

My broad band is still incredibly slow, can you please have a look? its slower than dial up.

Line tests aren't showing the cause of the problem so I'd recommend reporting a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net

Let us know over here once you've done so and we'll be happy to pick it up.

ah, just checked the router, a plug wasnt fully in, its still not massively fast though...

Can you check your speed in about 5 mins? I've reset your line as your speeds seem to have been restricted.

I'm getting 13.2 download mpbs and upload is 1.0 mpbs

I've been away for a week and my broadband is now back to glacial speeds, its incredibly slow again
