engineer appointment

Hello,

I have chosen 31/07/2018 for my engineer appointment hours ago,

Now I just receive an email that an engineer is due to activate my Home Phone service on 3/8/2018,

Can I get an earlier date of engineer appointment?

 

I really cannot accept this

Hi there.

Unfortunately the appointment date was pushed back due to our suppliers not having availability that day to complete the fibre side of things.
