ebay thumbnails issue

I've noticed a slight issue with ebay, where if I do a search, the webpage will appear quite quickly but have to wait a bit for all the thumbnails to appear at 12KB/s (the addy being http://thumbs.ebaystatic.com/pict/...) before I can select other search options.  Is this a plusnet issue, or an ebay one?
Btw, I'm on option 1, surely it can't be a p2p issue?

I'd say this is more a case of the eBay image servers being busy tbh. I notice this from time to time. I can see no issues with the usage on your account and you're not being shaped in any way.
