download speed halved, disconnections and heavy lag while gaming

About 20 minutes ago I started to get heavy lag and disconnections from the MMO FFXIV, however while checking for a possible reason I discovered my internet speed dropped heavily and it currently refusing to go past 10mbps but is currently on average 5mbps

My 'normal' internet speed is 20-22 mbps (from being capped at a profile of 24.2mbps) having checked the router and have no load on the network other then normal, could you please give your end a kick to see if that helps (FYI it's currently raining, it's quite possible it's having a strop lol)

Hi there,
I've taken a look over your account and noticed that your profile was set incorrectly(78Mb/s), I've now changed this so see if there's a difference.
Regarding your DLM profile, this is currently set at 25Mb/s. It would be worth running through our faults wizard and we#ll take a look into that.
