dodgy offers again
Earlier this year I raised an issue where my account was showing "current out of contract" price as £5 lower than I was being charged. (I'm a customer of 15 years and no loyalty at all from PN)
PN said it was an error and I helped resolve with screenshots etc - they said they'd see what they could do on the price but did nothing. I'm not renewing my contract anyway as I'm waiting for a good deal on FTTP which PN don't do.
I've just logged into my account and two issues:
1 - A useless exclusive offer which goes to a 404 not found page
2 - It shows my "current price" as £30.99 again.
Talk about rubbing it in to existing customers! If you insist on showing me £30/m you are very welcome to charge me that!!!!
