Can i get a SNR with these figures i believe i should be getting around 1Mbps more i am on a 21CN. my usual is around the 4.6 - 4.7Mbps

You don't need a SNR reset, you need the Plusnet current line speed updated to match the BT profile.

Thanks all for the help with this, i don't really know enough about this but just thought i would ask as i thought my actual speed should be something like 82% of my downstream speed which is usually around the 6300 mark.
