Just Lost Connectivity for 10mins or so, had to cold reboot to get connected again
FTTP 500 regrade from Tues 28th November

It was possibly the Gateway you were on.
PTE-AG1 has had a lot of drops this afternoon.I was on that one and I moved to another.
If you have a "connect/disconnect" button on your router's status page you can use that to disconnect your Internet connection (as opposed to broadband connection) so you don't lose sync. Most routers re-connect automatically (if not, press the connect button) and you'll probablybeon a different gateway.

We certainly haven't seen any gateway drops since Monday.
By that I mean that none of them have "gone down".
