i'm getting really fed-up. i can usually surf t'net during the day without a problem, but once it passes 5 or 6pm i get constantly disconnected. i literally go online and within seconds i'm off again. this has gone on for quite a while now. it can go on all night and it's infuriating. weekends are pretty bad as well. i presume it's something to do with how many people are trying to access the internet at a particular time, but is it a plusnet thing? or a bt thing? or something else? was just wondering if there's anything i can do about it?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
I fully appreciate how frustrating this can be.
Before we're able to send this off to BT, can you try a few things for me please?
- Try using a different microfilter
- Make sure your router is connecting into your master socket via a filter
- Use a different modem or router if possible.
These measures can often help to reduce interference or hardware failure, so we need to check them first before we send this off to BT.
