connection gone very slow in the last week or so

Hi
recently, ie the last week, maybe 10 days,my internet connection has become very much slower than it should be.
previously i was getting about 6000/6500kbps download and about 450 upload. recently however it has dropped to around 900kbps download and 330kbps upload. its noticeably slower all the time, doesnt seem to be linked to any particular time of day.
this is the info as requested in the sticky

We've just lit more capacity to help alleviate these issues, there will be a service status about this out shortly.
If you try powering off your modem/router what speeds do you see once you reconnect?

the same. resetting my modem and/or routers has had no change all the times ive tried it

its been somewhat better the last 2 days, but its still significantly down on speed and is very inconsistant.

Same declining speed problem.
Been here since July 05.
Changed to Pro on Oct 30th to try and alleviate speed problem -
but speed is now worst its been in 4 years.

We definitely saw a slight improvement last night following some rebalancing work we've been doing. However, we're fully aware that there are still a number of people experiencing difficulties and there's a number of things that we're looking to do which we'll confirm later on.
