I am so confused because I checked this website called broadband.co.uk and it says on my BT phone line, that super fast broadband is not available but when I put my BT number into the plusnet site or the BT site it says I can get super fast fibre optic broadband? Can someone find out what is actually available on my BT phone line please. Thank you
