concentrator not reachable

Help!!! My fibre's gone down..whenever I try to reconnect to the internet my router is throwing up 'Concentrator not reachable'?
Anyone know what this means?

Ive unplugged the router and the modem..the old magic reboot..hoping that works..

Do you have a dial tone on your phone and if you dial 17070 and select quiet line test is it all ok ?

Yep..phone's working, clear line

Can you switch your Modem and router off for 15 minutes and try again?

Just as another thought - did you check you still had the right phone number when you dialled 17070 ? There have been a couple of cases recently where Sky appear to have nicked people phone lines !

Phone number still mine, router and modem back on.. still nothing

Are you back on yet, angrypetee? I've got the same problem, been told I'll be off for 3 days 😞
