chance of early activation?

Hi,
Waiting for activation, our date is the 29th but I've got a solid green broadband light and a red internet light. Read a few posts on here where people have managed to get activated early and was wondering if I fall into that category.

Give the CSC a call, tell them your broadband light is on and ask for your account to be activated.

Just to check, by 'order' you mean the activation not payment or anything?

Yeah, the next step is activation, nothing you need to do. It's still in a 'committed' state.
