You haven't commented on whether you've done any Quiet Line Tests just to be sure you line isn't the cause of the problem. Any line problem might be inmtermittent so you may have to check periodically fora while, and of course your lien doesn'tchange if you move providers, so if it is faulty you take the problem with you!

Have you checked your line using the Quiet Line Test 17070 option 2? You should not hear any crackles or other weird noises at any point.

Likewise you not have problems with any incoming or outgoing calls either cutting of or dropping the broadband connection.
