can i please have my snr reset

Hi,
I would like to kindly request to have the SNR reset (and any line banding removed if its is on the line).  I have raised a ticket 60578895 but am having trouble getting this done.
Last week, the line was stable with snr margin of about 5-6db and syncing at 14335kbps. However, I thought that I would be able to get it to go even faster by removing the bell wire, and thus have spent all week fidding around with the master socket/ bell wire testing. This frequent disconnections have now resulted in my line snr margin going up to 9 and my sync dropping to 11-12mbps.
Anyway, my testing has now caused the line to slow down significantly. It was 14000+and around 6dB before we inadvertently messed it up. I guess that the system thinks that the line is unstable. I am pretty certain its me who cause the problems and nothing wrong with the line. (I did the bt adsl check and it seems the line is only rated to 14.5mbps which is what I was already receiving before mucking about with it!)
Please can the SNR on the line be reset (again!) (and any banding removed if that has taken effect) which should in turn allow us to resync at the 14000+ we achieved before messing it up!
I apologise in advance for taking up your time and request this again, but we can reassure you that I wont be touching anything else at this end now. thanks
Best Regards
Luke

Re: can i please have my snr reset

please ignore these post for now as i realise how unstable the line has been over the past few days and thus there is no use resetting the snr margin now..
sorry for taking up your time

Re: can i please have my snr reset

Hi lukechen89,
Your line is very unstable at the minute, so as you mentioned it would not be plausible to place a SNR reset.

I'd suggest raising a fault at http://faults.plus.net ; and completing the initial diagnostic questions.
