can i get a line reset. awful speeds

Been getting poor speeds lately, is it possible someone can check my line for me and possibly do a reset. Also whilst im making this thread, does anyone have any news on whats happening with Exchange Only lines? I'm sadly one of those people with a Exchange Only line and i have no idea if ill ever be able to get fibre optic broadband. dealing with 3-5mb in 2017 is so painful
