I can't see any immediate problem with your account or your line, however I can see you've not rebooted your router since we received the latest profile update. Can you try this (preferably in daylight hours) and try another speedtest please.
What errors are you getting now when trying a BT Speedtest?

thank you  for the help
the errors before  appear to be fixed  ive  got the  bt test below
i know i can get 6 megs i had this on friday
i will reboot  the  router  and  see if this helps now

Hmm that's odd as both of the systems we check in show it as 7150, sounds like somethings amiss. Leave it with me and I'll see what we can do.

Doesn't look like the first idea has helped, can you go through the checks at http://faults.plus.net and raise a speed fault? Post in here when you've completed the checker and I'll push the fault through.

i still have a few days before my 10 day training period are up  should i wait  
or report the fault now ?
