Hi
In order to add more usage if you follow these steps:
1. login to portal
2. go to connection settings (on the left hand side)
3. there should be an option to control your broadband with additional options to add more usage and to upgrade the account, this is usually done immediately.
If you've gone over your included usage your additional usage is charged at £1 per Gb, if you are still within your inclusive downloads you are charged 75p per Gb. You can set the account up to have, for example, Option 2 with 10 Gb inclusive (8Gb as standard and an additional 2 at 75p each) giving you a monthly cost of £16.49.
Any problems just reply here and someone will assist further.
Thanks
