I am also suffering from low upload speeds, used to get over 13Mbps now getting 0.8Mbps
Got BT engineer out to test - No Fault found
But still slow upload.

Hi there,
Our faults team will take a look through the engineer notes, it would be good to know if the engineer has stated that your upload speeds are syncing higher than the .8Mb/s you've reported. From what I can see they are.
Are you currently connected direct to the modem, so no router in use?

I wish you luck and hope your fault progresses better than mine.
My upstream speed is 0.6mbps on Plusnet fibre.
After 5 BT visits over a few months they have failed to find any fault and just blame everything except their own lines / equipment.
Rather suspect I will have to move ISP to Andrew and Arnold to get any action on this.
