Re: broadband still not working properly

If you are on 21CN ADSL2+ you can ask for your upstream to be uncapped - but this may lead to a small decrease in download speed.
It looks however as if you are on 20CN in which case Max Premium is an option - information available from here: http://trials.plus.net/

Re: broadband still not working properly

Hi emzx23x,
The 3000 profile is correct for that sync rate. I've just ran a check and your rate is now 4064k which will lift your profile to 3500k. Your fault ticket will close in 4 days so if you feel before then that you still have issues then you should return it with details before this time.

Re: broadband still not working properly

Hi emzx23x,
I don't know why, I'm afraid, maybe you should pass the fault ticket back.

Re: broadband still not working properly

Hi emzx23x,
I notice you do not have a fault open. I advised you in my previous post that if you were not satisfied you should pass the fault back. The fact that you did not do this, I could only assume, would mean that the fault had been rectified. As notified the fault closes after 14 days of inactivity and because of this it would be necessary to open a new fault. If you had an open fault that wasn't being attended to then these are the times I can intervene. By getting someone to call you for support I would be bypassing the usual channels of support which wouldn't be fair on others who have followed the correct procedure. I can always help you if you have any questions but I would urge you to raise a fault in the meantime.
