broadband light off

My power light and WPS lights are the only things on. The connection cut on me at 9am this morning... What's going on here?

Our Broadband disappeared about 10am last Sunday morning and did not come back until late at night ( I think, because it was not on when I went to bed but was there again next morning, may have not come on till Monday early hours ) landline phone was unaffected.

Have to say though the large broadband light ( normally steady blue ) on router was on but flashing orange.

I tried turning it off for about 15 minutes and now I've turned it back on the WPS light is off but the power and WiFi lights are on and the broadband is now flashing green... 🤷‍♀️

I tried resetting it this morning but it's just gone back to the power light and WPS light showing only. Nothing else has a light. I have my old Plusnet router so I've tried that and it appears to connect to the broadband fine, except that I can't sign in via the old router. I guess that's because it's an old account?

Does this mean that I have a problem with this brand new router?
