In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

i notice it did it pass few nights it drops and comes back 5 mins later how can it be every day it drops at same time

oh there it is only 5 mins offline then 6 hours thats odd

Hi David,
I can see on our RADIUS logs the 5 minutes when the connection was down in the early hours of yesterday morning, how are things from your point of view today?
Diagnostics haven't shown anything obvious by the way.
