Hello
Any other members having this problem - had it a while back but it has returned - internet is out for ten minutes or longer on random occasions - I even now sometimes get an official BT message saying their server is off line..
Last time it happened was about ten minutes ago for ten minutes.........
Quick update - just happened again - offline for a few minutes with fixed green light on the router

Thanks for trying to help - all I get from trying to enter the DNS servers 212.159.6.9 and 212.159.6.10
is the problem loading page message - a while back Plusnet found I had drop outs all over the place
and even showed me the graph -

Your connection has dropped a few times over the last 24 hours but not to a significant level:

the BT landing page you mentioned is usually caused by DNS issues, you may want to try assigning Google's DNS servers which are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
