broadband activation

Hi,
the engineer has come round today and activated my phone line,
i was just wondering when the broadband will be activated?

ah, possibly our most asked question Smiley
I'm afraid not, the only changes we could make to the due date at this stage would mean that it would complete at a later date.

OK, thanks. I have the 11th in an email ticketl and 12 via a text. Any idea which of the two it is?

apologise for double post.
thought you should know my broadband light is  turning blue (bt home hub) and then turning off constantly.

Your broadband has now been activated, you'll need to make sure you've got the correct details in your home hub to be able to connect. You can check the settings required <a href="http://www.plus.net/support/customer_service/using/settings.shtml">here</a>.
