I can see your connections currently back online and you've raised a fault ticket, are you able to complete the rest of the diagnostic questions so we can take a closer look at this?

I experienced the same issue yesterday. Connection dropped around 2-3pm and even after rebooting laptop/ipad/imac and the router I still couldn't connect. All lights on the router are green and when I manually disconnect and reconnect all seems fine... I just cannot connect to the internet. I left it overnight but was still the same this morning. As I work from home I had to leave and rent desk space for the day. Hopefully it will be fixed by the time I get home tonight.....

Hi nicolaip,
It's showing that your connection is currently online, you did have several drops last night though that would have made internet use difficult.

Hopefully you'll be able to use your connection when you get in.
