Intermittent Line problems can be a real nuisance and difficult to catch.
Have you had any problems with incoming or outgoing calls? Did the phone ring at the time the broadband went down?
The exchange Dynamic Line Management (DLM) certainly didn't like whatever went on as it looks as though it's raised the Target Noise Margin I'm guessing to 12dB which is 2 steps up from the normal 6dB (it goes in 3 dB steps). This has slowed your speed to try and stabilise things. However, because your line will be in a training period because of the Line Reset, this might be DLM trying different conditions, but I'm somehow doubting it as it's extremely unusual for it to jump 2 steps like that.
One other tip I must mention before I forget again, when you see problems or you thing something is wrong, whatever you do, do not go random rebooting the modem/router, this makes the DLM think you have a dropping connection and it will band the speed or raise the Target SNRM which slows speed if things are already bad.
Can you post another set of stats, so we can see what the situation is now.
I've a feeling we are going to have to get a bit more technical with the monitoring. Don't worry, it's not scary

The errors have shot up somewhat since the last stats, but also the Upstream SNRM is going up and down like a yoyo and the downstream has jumped back down to near the 6db mark again. The downstream attenuation has also changed. This is all suggesting a line problem.
How long have you had this particular modem/router and how long have you been connected to Plusnet?
Can you check your Faults ticket to see if there is any update on it?

I'll post back a bit later with some suggestions on further monitoring. If you can post the stats again shortly and again later just so we can see exactly how much this changing. Don't forget to check the faults ticket.
