You still have a serious problem in your core network.

Been noticing some extreme latency issues of late.  Saw message on service status on 28th
These fixes have involved adding more hardware into our network and installing new software patches on to the platform that have been developed by the vendors. Unfortunately whilst the majority of the latency issues have been resolved, we're still seeing customers have significant slowdowns during the evening peak period.
Thought this trace from end user might help although I'm pretty sure your should know where your problem lie yourself.  Show you  have a problem which is obviously a few hops in on your network.
Looks like you have a overloaded link / routing bug / gremlin between link1-central10.pcl-gw01.plus.net  and xe-2-2-0.pcl-cr01.plus.net.
Are we allowed to know what vendor you are using for your infrastructure?  I'm Curious.  If its HP might be to offer suggestion as network I help manage recently experienced similar problem.
Only been on plusnet a month would be nice to resume the brief speedy service I had for around a week or so....
Thx

Re: You still have a serious problem in your core network.

Thx for replies all looks good now as you say.
I am sure you doing all you can. I know these problems are hard to tie down and the cause can be fairly unrelated to the affect and step one is often upgrade to latest firmware to get support which in itself can cause problems and cause new bugs from your point of view or as the vendors like to call them new 'feautures'  Wink

Don't get the issues mixed up.There are two or three separate things going on,  see http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,111170.msg965400.html#msg965400
