Yet another billing **** up

I'm on Plusnet Value yet I've just had an email from you stating you're going to bill me £11+. Please look into this, as you only just reconnected me after failing to collect Direct Debits and then you cut me off. ALL  problems I experience with you are billing related.

I've taken a look and the amount appears correct, I'll pop a ticket on your account explaining it.
