Can plusnet staff please tell us when is the support on this forum is closed for xmas periods? Exspecially who need help for line fault, ip profile manual updating, broadband order, broadband modified and etc.

There'll be people here (although not many of us) on the forums every *working* day. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day are the exceptions.
