I have a very strange problem with my router whereby when I log in to XBox Live 9 times out of 10 it'll cause my broadband connection to drop. It will also end any calls that are being made at the same time. No other device does this, when the xbox isn't on my connection is very stable, and it happens almost every time with Live.
I've tried different microfilters, I've tried with just the router connected (it's a TG582n), I've tried the xbox via wireless & wired to the router, I've even done a factory reset on the router, which did fix the problem for a few days, but last night the problem came back again and now a factory reset of the router doesn't help either.
I can't find anything similar online and other than trying a different router (which I don't have) I'm at a loss what to try next
