Right click 'Computer' or 'My Computer'. Click 'Properties'. Click 'Device Manager'. Click the + sign against 'Network Adaptors' and post the description of the Network Interface Card.
Edit: Or run the file devmgmt.msc and click the + sign against 'Network Adaptors'
Or open a command prompt and type in IPCONFIG/ALL

Strat,
  they are:  Via Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter, and, 1394 Net Adapter.

PJ,  I have XP on my PC; in the Compatibility section of the WS Properties, there is no option to "Run this program as an administrator" and there is no "Privilege Level" option / section.
