Wireless Issue

Please bear with me, I'm new to this forum.
I joined PlusNet from BT in November and service was great for a while. In past 2 months I have had progressively more problems with the wireless connection (I think). In the last week, the wireless light has sometimes been unlit (router problem?), but when it is lit, both my laptop and wifes tablet are having disconnection issues (websites not loading etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Logged into router to get some info for this morning (where I have connected via Ethernet and wireless) - see below

Re: Wireless Issue

Hi Exbtpat,
The logs don't indicate any wireless issues. When the wireless light on your router goes off do you know if the wireless network is available if your available networks on your tablet?
It may also be worth trying to change your wireless channel - http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/hardware/technicolor-582n-wireless.shtml
