Yes, as you can probably guess by no it's pretty much a no to that one. As already mentioned a dedicated bridge or homeplugs sound like good options.

I've found that a NetGear WG602 v2 (and v3) work flawlessly as Wireless bridge/clients.
I've linked them to 3com and other NetGears before when it was too costly/lazy to run cat5e through the wall.

DLM manages your line the same way DRM manages your rights.
Look at all the pretty graphs! (now with uptime logging!)

Hi Broons, you may want to read my post put up today (14/4) TG585V8 and WPS as it may be relevant ot your problem if you intend to use security on your wireless extension
