Will Plusnet Profiles Eventually Be Brought Into Line With The New BT's?

BT profiles now seem to be odd amounts, now longer the even 500 steps. So will Plusnets profiles eventually match these?
At the moment it seems pot luck whether you get the old step down or put on the next profile up to allow for the extra bit of throughput.

I think that it has been stated elsewhere that the Plusnet scheme will be changed to suit when it ceases being a trial in about October.

That's good to know as it's something that's actually a change for the better.
And you don't get many of those nowadays.

BT are still reporting the old profiles to ISPs with upward changes taking the traditional 3-5 days to come through. Sadly downward changes are still as fast as they've always been.
