Wifi keeps disconnecting all devices

Hi
My plusnet wifi keeps disconnecting from all devices and disappearing off network lists
Router lights never go off
Turning off and on again resolves it but it's getting really tedious now, as its doing it every half hour or so 
Please help!

Re: Wifi keeps disconnecting all devices

Hi welcome to the forum.
Which Router do you have and what firmware is on it?
When it drops the wifi does it ever come back without intervention.
Have you tried with only one device and all others switched off.
Can you post router stats and the router log.
How long has this been going on and can you think of anything that may have caused it
such as adding a new device or any new programs.
Moved  or changed a dec phone?

Re: Wifi keeps disconnecting all devices

Hi
Thanks for your reply
It's a technicolor TG582n
It does sometimes come back on on its own, and I can't think of anything that could have changed.
Please could someone tell me how to find out what firmware I have and how to get router stats
Thanks

Re: Wifi keeps disconnecting all devices

How do i find out the stats?

Log into your router  192.168.1.254
then  Click on Broadband connection then click  click view more in the dsl connection part then click details on top left  RIGHT corner.
There should also be a section on the left for the router log  it can be cut and pasted  as text
The firmware release  may say    8.4.4.J  or: Latest Firmware is 10.2.2 B
I dont have mine connected at the moment so not sure where it says
