Wifi connected but internet keeps dropping

Hi all,
I have a weird problem that I hope you can help with. Our devices connect to our router but frequently aren't able to load websites or stream content. The PS4 has a wired connection, and that seem to always work well. Location, time of day, etc seems to have little to no impact on whether the wifi works or not.

If your connection is fine wired to the router, I'd recommend changing the WiFi channel in your router settings to see if that helps improve things. The process of doing this will vary depending on type of router you have.
