Wifi Strength Dropped for past two days unable to work from home

Broad band speed has dropped to very low levels in the past two days. No additional usage has incurred in the last two days.

 

Both my and my partner are struggling to connect to work calls, files in clouds and websites take a very long time to load.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

We are using the 2704N router.

@urs305 Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at http://faults.plus.net.
