Been with Plusnet just over a month. Seemed ok at first but new laptop wouldnt connect to wifi, then phones started to loose wifi connection - resulting in data bills as we didnt notice and have never used all our data allowances before. All this time the router is sitting there with it big blue light on and no indication of any fault.
Tried disabaling 5g, moving channels etc but no change. Big pin option in the back sorted it for a couple of days and then back to the problem.
Sat on a phone for 25 mins trying to contact tech help - then another 15mins trying to cancel
Is there any help out there or is this really the worst service provider ever?
