I've got an Epson SX325W printer and I need help getting my PN router to find it.
I've tried all the usual stuff but they still won't 'talk to each other.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Your Plusnet router does not need to find your printer, your printer needs to find your Plusnet router - then be told the wireless password so it can join your network.

The usual solution with wireless printers is to connect to a PC with a cable first and set up the PC to use it then reconfigure (via the PC) for wireless operation.
Much more reliable - usually.

That used to be the usual solution but I would be pretty disappointed if it was still necessary with a new wireless printer.

Me too, but that's life.
I've had to do it on several units that really shouldn't have needed it.

If you are new to PN then it's highly likely that your printer can't see the PN router because the printer is set to look for the 'gateway' via the wrong IP address.
As already suggested, connect your printer via a cable and edit its settings.
It happened to me when I joined PN. My printer was looking for the old router's IP address (192.168.1.1) and my PN router is 192.168.1.254!

I've got a very similar model. If you hold down the WiFi button on your router until it flashes, and then hold down the wireless button on your printer until it flashes, they'll swap all the wireless settings over WPS. Very easy and no wires needed.
