Why no phone for business ?

I am just about to sign up for a business broadband package.  I believe that phone calls can be included for £11 or £15 a month but only if I sign up as a home user.  I wonder why there is such a restriction.  Should I just sign up for a home package and use it for business ?

You can't as it's only available with a home broadband connection. A business class product is due to be released but as yet no release date has been given.
