Why is my internet so unstable?

My internet keeps cutting out every 15 mins for about 3 mins. Plusnet said it was sending data at too much of a high speed and have reduced it to stabilise it. It is still just as bad! Help.

It looks like your line has been reset in a bid to stabilise it, now, it can take a few days for your line to settle down again. If you're still experiencing problems again, around Wednesday time, can you let us know so we can investigate further?
