Re: Why am I showing "Gaming" use on the VMBU?

Due to the nature of the majority of your traffic and the number of ports it uses, especially if encrypted, I'd expect an amount of traffic to appear under different classifications.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Not a real issue but just an idle WHY on my part, I keep tight control of my traffic and wondered where this was coming from, as you say probably some of my encrypted traffic is getting classed as gaming traffic, pity it wasn't getting the traffic priority to go with it  Cheesy

The packet drop graphs will be heavily influenced by the fact that 10% of our network capacity is "missing".

Re: Why am I showing "Gaming" use on the VMBU?

is that ptn-ag1 then?
last night i was playing race pro which is bugged to hell and needs a big patch to stop hosts machines freezing up every 4 races or so but last night i couldnt even host one race with out having to reboot xbox.
but my friend who has just moved to sky could run 4 races before his machine died.
i know the conjestion shouldnt effect gaming but as this game all ready has major disconnection issues i thought the conjestion might of effected me last night.
i can stop trying to get on to ptn-ag1 now?  Roll_eyes  Grin
i think adeiwoo has it so he has advantage at reaching the TB Grin
as for gaming vmbu on unlimited when i first switched to unlimited i didnt do much gaming for first few days and i noticed alot of gaming being picked up than what i did on bbyw3 but i put this down to using more usage on unlimited over my old bbyw3
