Whilst Gaming, we have lag spikes if a someone loads a web page.

Hi all,
Basically, Me and my partner play online games on the PC next the each otherer(CS:GO/LoL) , which is fine.
The probly arises, if one of us is in a game and the other wants to browse the internet.. it causes severe lag spikes in my game.
Im using the normal setup with the Plusnet Router.
Why is this happening?

The usual reason is that there is a problem with traffic prioritisation
It shouldn't happen since browsing is gold and gaming is titanium
Can you advise the BT IP profile - from the BT speed test  Further Diagnostics and the Current Line Speed from https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed

Okay, there is no problem with my internet speed  which is the odd thing, it's running really smooth and fast.
Current line speed:
8.3 Mb
