Which BB Option

I'm currently on PlusNet Broadband Premier Option 1 and have noticed there are Broadband Your Way options, should I stick with my current option at £21.99, or move to Your Way option 3 for £19.99?
Both have a 20GB limit, but Premier 1 starts getting restricted at 13GB, then further restictions at 17GB.
Any thoughts,

What is your typical usage?
How much of your off-peak usage do you use between 8am and 4pm?

I use a download manager, currently set to download between 12am and 4pm, so the usage is quite high.

Peak time on BBYW is 8am to midnight, so unless you can reschedule to midnight to 8am you are probably better off sticking to Premier.

I could, but that would halve my downloading time, I'll stick with Premier.
I was just about to say I couldn't find the 8am info, but just spotted it.
