Where is my broadband and phone line, I ordered 18 days ago on 4/10/18
Still not received confirmation of my broadband service. I did post code checker and plus net said fibre on the openreach was available in my post code. Initial set up of £32 has been taken and my direct debit set up. Status is currently awaiting confirmation. If your post code checker is wrong and openreach is not available from the nearest cabinet to my address then I want to know now. Otherwise my current provider talk talk is due to roll me over to a more expensive monthly charge. Can you confirm I will be getting fibre or not, if not then you should cancel my account and refund me my set up fee.
