Re: Where have the f9 and plusnet portals gone?

If you mean the old F9 and plus.net.uk portals then everything has moved to the PlusNet portal at www.plus.net ; See here for details.
If you mean the fact that there's a holding page on the PlusNet portal - it's off line till 3:30am for maintenance work - see this service status message.

Hi there,
The F9 portal is now unavailable, however you can access F9 accounts through the PlusNet portal (there's a drop down menu for you to choose your service).
The PlusNet portal was offline overnight, as per the planned maintenance post we published here.

Re: Where have the f9 and plusnet portals gone?

Hi Ed.
As stated by Paul_B everything has moved to PlusNet. We have been actively flagging this to customers since August and have had the relevant information on the portals since then.
Yesterday we sent an email to customers giving further information. I've copied the email below. (Text only)

This email is the final update on the changes to our website
We've been telling you recently about changes to the Force9 website. These changes are now complete and you need to use the PlusNet website (www.plus.net) to manage your account.
How to log in to the PlusNet website
Visit www.plus.net and enter your username and password in the boxes provided. You'll then need to choose Force9 from the 'Select Provider' drop-down menu (see screenshot below).

The PlusNet website is virtually identical to the Force9 site that you're used to. All your data has been moved over to PlusNet so that you can manage your account fully. Help & support and product information are all available, as is anything else that you use on the Force9 site.

Important
Remember - you must now log in to the PlusNet website (www.plus.net) to manage your account, it is no longer possible to use the Force9 site.

Kind Regards,
Force9
