Was due to have my broadband master socket fitted yesterday .had to to ring customer support to find out that due to snow the engineer wouldn't be coming. Now I'm in limbo with no broadband and no idea as to when I'll get it. Not a very good start to my new contract.

Sorry to see that your appointment was missed yesterday, unfortunately in these weather conditions it sometimes cannot be helped. I am waiting confirmation for the next available date and as soon as I have it I'll confirm it with you.

Just been phoned by open reach . They r coming Tuesday morning. Not very happy
