I need to upgrade from plusnet pro because of the bandwidth quota, I've been trying to do so all week.

Raise a ticket. I think you change at the next billing date. That is of course unless a helpful PN staff member on here sees your post and they change you earlier.

You need to go through the upgrade process on the portal.

I know but when I attempt to choose a package there's a "You can't change your products for the moment, our system may be updating. Please try again later." Its been like that all week.
