When can we change our broadband package?

I need to upgrade from plusnet pro because of the bandwidth quota, I've been trying to do so all week.

Raise a ticket.  I think you change at the next billing date.  That is of course unless a helpful PN staff member on here sees your post and they change you earlier.

You need to go through the upgrade process on the portal.
Changes normally happen on the next billing date.

I know but when I attempt to choose a package there's a "You can't change your products for the moment, our system may be updating. Please try again later." Its been like that all week.

perhaps they can't take anymore!!
I think you can pay for more by setting your monthly usage allowance.
