Whats going on plusnet

Should of been conected on the 14th of October, didn't expect it would of been, never have had a smooth house move with plusnet, engineer booked for the 27th never turned up lost a mornings pay, engineer booked for the 31st Oct let's see if this happens. Otherwise its on the phone waiting an hour to get through to plusnet for the 4th time.

If you have to take a second day off you can claim for the lost pay. You might have to go to to the small claims court to get it though.

I can see from the engineer notes that they attended earlier today, is everything working ok now?

Engineer said I was conected to fiber
Thats why I couldn't get broadband.
I take it that I will have my month refunded to me . Cheers

Sorry I didn't have chance to get back to you yesterday.

We'll issue a refund from the date the service should have been active, up until when the engineer fixed the issue for your broadband. I'll update the fault ticket with this information shortly.
